Who We Are

Rooted in Staten Island,

Neighborhood Change Youth Organization was founded on a simple conviction: the young people of Staten Island carry within them the power to reshape their neighborhoods, their city, and ultimately, their world. We exist to unlock that power.

Based at 871 Castleton Ave, we serve as a sanctuary for youth seeking guidance, a classroom for those hungry to learn, and a community where every voice is heard and every dream is taken seriously. Our approach is holistic — we don't just address symptoms; we cultivate the conditions for lasting change.

Youth Mentorship

One-on-one mentorship pairs young people with trained guides who walk alongside them — not ahead, not behind — through the challenges and triumphs of growing up in Staten Island.
